At Cromatiko, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a clear and fair return process. Please review the following policy carefully before initiating a return.


Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Free of damage, odors, or alterations
  • Original tags and packaging intact

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer at their expense.

The following items are not eligible for return unless otherwise stated:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Please include your order number, item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Cromatiko is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Inspection & Processing

Once returned items are received, they will be inspected to confirm they meet return eligibility requirements. Refunds will only be processed after inspection is completed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Refund Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
