Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays and may be extended during peak seasons, promotional events, or inventory checks.
Order processing includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and shipment preparation. Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
Orders are shipped using reliable domestic shipping carriers. Once your order has been shipped and scanned by the carrier, tracking information will be provided via email.
Please note that tracking updates may take time to appear and are dependent on the carrier’s tracking system.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping availability may be limited and may involve additional shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, or import regulations imposed by the destination country.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, or incorrect address information may affect delivery times.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may experience delays, additional fees, or be returned to sender.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Cromatiko is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
